Jami’ar Al Zahra University jami’a ce ta mata zalla a ƙauyen Vanak da ke Tehran, an assasa ta a shekarar 1964. A farkon assasa ta, jami’ar ta fara aiki da ɗalibai 90 da sunan “Higher School for Girls”, inda ake gabatar da fannonin karatu daban-daban irin su foreign language translation, secreterial studies, psychology, da home economics. Karatu a Alzahra University kan iya samar da mafari mai kyau ga baƙin ɗalibai mata, ta hanyar samar musu da muhallin karatu mai cike da aminci.

Gabatarwa

An sanya wa wannan cibiya sunan “Alzahra University” (wato Jami’ar Al-Zahra) ne a shekarar 1977, inda ta ci gaba da ayyukanta na koyarwa da makarantu guda 4: Basic Sciences, Literature, Management, da Economics. A shekarar 1986 ne aka sake tsara waɗannan makarantun zuwa: makarantar Basic Sciences, Social & Economic Sciences, Literature, da Arts. Zuwa 1994 kuma aka assasa makarantar educational sciences & psychology, physical education & sports science, da engineering.

A 2001, bayan samun izinin ma’aikatar ilimi, makarantar theology & literature ta rabu biyu zuwa: kwalejin literature, languages, and history, da kwalejin theology. A 2014 bayan raba kwalejin basic sciences zuwa makarantu uku na: mathematics, biological sciences, da chemistry, yawan makarantun wannan jami’a ya ƙaru zuwa 10.

Martabar Alzahra University

Jami’ar Alzahra ta samu matsayi na 201 – 300 tsakanin jami’o’i 460 na duniya a shigarta ta farko cikin tsarin ranking na Times Higher Education. A wannan ranking ɗin, jami’ar Sharif University of Technology ta zo ta biyu a tsakanin jami’o’in ƙasar Iran, inda Iran University of Medical Sciences ta zo ta ɗaya. Jami’o’i 12 daga ƙasar Iran suka samu shiga wannan ranking ɗin.
